Lenora Belle Hall, 79 of Decatur died at 6:52 am Saturday December 10, 2016 in St. Mary’s Hospital.
A funeral service to celebrate Lenora’s life will be held at 1:00 pm. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Oakley
Brick Church temporarily located at 214 S. Monroe, Cerro Gordo, Illinois. Burial will be in Lester Barnett
Cemetery. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.
Lenora was born in Beecher City, Illinois, daughter of Roy and Nolis Allsop. She worked as a LPN at St. Mary’s
Hospital and several area nursing homes. Her hobbies included gardening, quilting and sewing. She was a former
member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, and attended Galilee Baptist Church. Lenora married Donald D. Hall in
January of 1957 in Decatur.
Surviving is her husband, Donald D. Hall, children, Deb Hodson,of Decatur, Becky (Larry) Ball of Decatur, Mike
(Dawn) Hall of Bement, Jeff Hall of Decatur, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, four great-great
grandchildren, brothers, Roy (Jean) Allsop of Tacoma, WA., Ernie Allsop of Monroe, WA., Phil Allsop of Beecher
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edgar Allsop.
